FEE PAYMENT RULES & GUIDELINES
- School dues are payable by the 5th of first 6 months. If the 5th of the month happens to be a holiday, then the payment is to be made by the previous working day of the month.
- Parents are requested to make all payments by draft / cheque/ NEFT in the name of the MIKADO EDUCATION FOUNDATION.
- Dishonored cheque will attract a penalty of Rs. 500/-.
- Fee once paid is not transferable / adjustable or refundable under any circumstance.
- Late fee charges of 100/- per day shall be levied from the 6th of the month in which the school dues are to be paid, till the end of the month. If the dues are not clear even by that day, the name of the student will be stuck off the rolls.
- If admission is cancelled during the term, no dues certificate and leaving certificate will be issued only after clearance of the dues for the whole year.
- School dues are payable by the 5th of following months for the session. (Months: April, July, August, September, October, and November)
- If the 5th of the month is a holiday, the fee must be deposited on the previous working day.
- Parents are requested to make all payments by UPI / NEFT / cheque in the account details provided for the respective branch.
- In case of a dishonoured cheque, a penalty of ₹500/- will be charged.
- A late fee of ₹100/- per day will be charged from the 6th of the month until the end of that month.
- If dues are not cleared by the end of the month, the student’s name will be struck off the school rolls.
- If a withdrawal/admission cancellation is requested during the academic term, the No Dues Certificate and Transfer Certificate will be issued only after clearance of the remining dues.
- Fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Kindly pay the fees on time to avoid late fees and to ensure uninterrupted academic services for your ward, as well as the smooth functioning of the school.
