RECOMMENDATION TO Parents -Guardians

1. Parental Involvement and Communication

  • Daily Monitoring:
    • It is advised that parents maintain close contactwith the school to get the best outcomes for their child.
    • Please check your child’s school almanac dailyand ensure that homework assigned for the day is completed.
  • Progress Concerns:
    • If you feel that your child is not making the desired progress, contact the principalor coordinators for further discussion.
  • Communication with School:
    • It is always advisable to approach the school for guidance regarding any concerns you may have about your child.
    • Letters or queries will be responded to after discussionwith the concerned teacher or counselor.

2. Attendance and School Hours

  • Leave During School Hours:
    • Children will not be allowed to leaveduring school hours unless there is an emergency.
    • Social engagementsor medical appointments should be scheduled outside of school hours. Parents are requested not to send children to school on days when such appointments are made.
  • Infectious Diseases:
    • If your child is suffering from an infectious disease, please do not send them to schooluntil the quarantine period is over.
    • Ensure that the principal or class teacher is informed of any such condition.

3. Encouraging English Usage

  • Medium of Instruction:
    • As the medium of instruction in the school is English, parents are encouraged to promote English conversation at home as well.

    • Parents are requested to attend school functions, such as parents’ meetingsand parent’s day.

    • Private tuitions are not encouraged. Students of MIKADO, Udaipur are not permitted to take tuitions from school teachers without prior approval from the principal.
